Non-uniform .plt sizes aren't necessarily a problem, but in that case
sh_entsize needs to be changed, either to 0, 1, 4 or perhaps 8, but from the
description 0 is probably the best choice.
E.g. powerpc 32-bit is using sh_entsize of 0 for .plt too.
