Never mind, I did it for you. ChangeLog file entries are no longer required,
but I like to put one in the git log entry (without the date/author which are
usually redundant) for the discipline it forces on me to ensure I'm committing
what I mean to commit.. Also, having the PR number in the git log formatted as
for a ChangeLog entry means the commit is automatically echoed to bugzilla.
