test-case
Attached is a test-case.
$ ./test.sh
bfd linked allowed this, BAD
ld.lld: error: kernel.ld:5: at least one side of the expression must be
absolute
lld linker rejected this, GOOD
The culprit is this expression
in linker script:
SHOULD_FAIL = . + .;
lld reject it with the above error
message, while bfd linker silently
allows. I believe it should be rejected.
