--- Comment #3 from Tom de Vries <vries at gcc dot gnu.org> --- AFAIU, the current state of this is that: - the 2.44 release provides 2 tarballs, one without the gold directory and one with the gold directory, and - the 2.45 release provides only the tarball without, and - the 2.46 might again provide one with gold, and so on, but this will stop at some moment.
