It looks like "Report bugs to <%s>.\n" actually uses Report-Msgid-Bugs-To header field value ([email protected]). It could be "Report bugs to %s. Translation bugs to %s." instead and use Last-Translator or Language-Team fields (Rafał Maszkowski <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> or Polish <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>) but adding this is a job for the coreutils maintainer.
