I sent a patch to the info-cvs mail group a couple of weeks ago to prevent
cvs add from adding a DIRECTORY to Emptydir. The existing commit command
prevents the addition of a file but NOT a directory. I copied the commit
code to the add command to prevent a directory or a file being added.
Should I resubmit the patch to this mailgroup, a maintainer, or has it
already been picked up by someone.
