I've just discovered that the kind folks at OpenAvenue have managed to
resurrect all the information from the old Cyclic site and have even
begun to integrate some of it into the current CVS web site. See the
discussion of "Change Pserver Port" on the "Networking and Security"
page at http://www.cvshome.org/CVS/Docs/infonetsecurity for more details
on the above. Most of the discussion is in the "into the CVSROOT"
patch.
