I hadn't seen it until just now. It looks like there used to be a local
distribution list at cyclic.com that has disappeared. This is no
different than a subscribed user disappearing -- you get a bounce
message because of the failure (along with a bunch of postmasters,
probably), but the message is still delivered to everyone else on the
list. Presumably, someone at gnu.org will eventually get around to
removing the now-invalid address.
