Follow-up Comment #15, bug #17560 (project cvs):
I would expect that users of binary files and some kinds of
auto-generated files which have lots of RCS change chunks
will see the most improvement when checking out very old
revisions. (Of course, it would be better if CVS were not
used for such files in the first place as it is intended
more for sources than binaries.)
