First of all, many many thanks for this. I ran into a problem though. I
followed the instructions to the letter, but it stopped at the end with two
error messages:
Makebearoff.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point libiconv_set_relocation_prefix could not be
located in thje dynamic link library iconv.dll
Gnubg.exe - Entry point Not Found
The procedure entry point gdk_pixbuf_flip could not be located in the
dynamic link library libgdk_pixbuf-2.0-0.dll.
I tried running the RebuildGnubg.bat, but it didn't help.
