I ran a search and found 2 different ones. There is the GNUbg libxml2.dll file (836kb), dated Sept. 27, 2004, and there is another (878kb), dated Feb. 1st, 2006, used by Nero7, the CD/DVD burning software.
What do you recommend I do?
