I concur with this. He is likely going to run into the gnuplot issue if he
gets past the compile etc. Downloading from CVS worked well for bugar (as I
recall). He contacted us with similar issues (Redhat/SSE/this same release)
early in the year, but ended up getting the latest and greatest going from
CVS.

On a side note I noticed today that someone created a newer RPM (In March)
here:

http://gnubg.org/media/sources/gnubg-0.9.0-1.i586.rpm

If one is intent on using RPM's they may wish to give that a try.
