I can reproduce this, including the CLI error. I was using English and it
worked. I switched my Vista system to use Danish(Denmark), logged out,
logged back in reran GnuBG and I see the output the others are seeing
(Including the font error when running with the CLI). If I switch back to
english(US), log out log back in and run GnuBG it works again. Seems the
region/language settings are somehow related.

Something else I noticed. If I am using English (US) for windows and I
switch to Danish in GnuBG settings and then I try to export GnuBG crashes. .
As well, The ³New², ³Open², ³Save² icons seem to always be English no matter
what language I choose.
