[Bug-gnubg] Binary vs. text weights file

Until recently, loading the neural net weights from the text file didn't work in locales where the decimal separator is a comma rather than a dot.
This should be now fixed. Considering this, is there any reason to keep using a binary weights file ? It loads faster but in practice the difference is marginal.
