I've tried to install gnubg a number of times. I've tried both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions for my MAC OS 10.6.8 First I've installed XQuartz. Not sure what this is, though, and whether it is running properly, but it seems to be there and I can open it. After installing gnubg to the applications folder, whenever I try to open it, it seems to start loading and then the gnubg icon disappears from the dock. It just closes up. If I open it again, it just keeps closing itself after initially looking like it is going to load.
Any ideas? Michael
