Thanks for getting in touch, Mike. To place pieces on the bar, CTRL+drag does work, but you have to drag them to the other half of the bar. That is, the bottom player's pieces go to the top half of the board. You can also put men on the bar by click+dragging, as you would to put them on a point. You have to start the drag just off-centre, and drag toward the edge. This works for up to 3 pieces. Suggestions to developers: When in edit mode, outline the bar area for each player in the checker colours. Make the sensitive area larger for each player's pieces. When CTRL-Dragging, anywhere on the bar should be acceptable as the release point. Chequers must go on the far side of the board, away from the players home table. There is only a limited active area they will go, between the centre of the board and the hinge. You should be able to add chequers using the mouse, or by dragging them from the bear-off tray. When I only set up 14 checkers, it assumed it was borne off, not on the bar. When I clicked on the bar, it just gave me an error beep. I will keep trying til I hear from you... Thanks!
