Hi Ezequiel, I'm afraid it looks like gnubg may no longer support hypergammon,even though the options are still there in the gui.
The developers may be able to give a reason. If you are desperate to play hypergammon, perhaps it would be possible on an older version. If I can find a copy of the hypergammon database on an old computer, I'll let you know. But don't get your hopes up. However, I think that the Hypergammon options are enabled if gnubg finds the relevant hypergammon database in the gnubg folder.
