Scaffolding a new .po file is usually done with a program called ”msginit”. IIRC, the default for the header used to be ”Language-Team: LANGUAGE: <[email protected] <mailto:[email protected]>>\n”. You can see in tr.po that they have forgotten to replace the LL placeholder. I think that the email address [email protected] <mailto:[email protected]> are mailing lists where translations for the GNU project are managed. The idea is or was that the translator sends new or updated PO files to the mailing list. Cheers, Guido
