Most of the main developers were out of town this week (taking a break
from the 0.6.6 release!), but there were a few improvments.
gstep-base (Foundation)
A lot of improvements to the gsdoc tools by Manuel Guesdon. Now works
with AutoDoc. Added category spec. Added indexes, ivariable, constant
and stylesheet support.
gstep-make (Makefiles package)
mkinstalldirs now checks to see if mkdir accepts -p
