Follow-up Comment #2, bugs #12129 (project gnustep):
I think even the recommended fix from the last comment would not be
sufficent. As far as I can see the code here mixes glyph indexes and
characters. Fixing just one more case wont help, as
[drawGlyphs:length:onDC:at:] would than be broken.
What we could do as a short time solution is add a call to GetGlyphIndices()
or reenable the original GetCharWidthFloat() call.
