Details:
We should restructure the string classes to use the new
initWithBytesNocopy:length:encoding:freeWhenDone: method as the designated
initialiser so that we make it easier for people to implement subclasses and
so that all normal string initialisation can go through on point where
validation can be done and where we can decide (on the basis of the byte data
provided) which subclass is most appropriate.
