Details:
I installed GNUstep-make with --without-config-file.
Then openapp stops working and complains:
GNUstep/System/Tools/openapp: line 38: no: No such file or directory
It try to source $GNUSTEP_CONFIG_FILE.
And in my case, $GNUSTEP_CONFIG_FILE = no.
That's why it failed.
I use MacOS X and GNUstep-make-1.12.0
