Update of bug #17112 (project gnustep):
Summary: Unarchiving some (not all) XML-based nibs using
NSKeyedUnarchiver fails => Unarchiving XML-based nibs containing control
characters fails....

Follow-up Comment #3:
The work around for this problem is to not save the nib in the text-based XML
format. If it's a binary-keyed archive, it can read these characters just
fine.
We still need to find a more permanent solution to this issue.
