I can't reproduce this.
You say 'with latest svn' ... how recent is that really? I've been working
on coordinate transformations in the gui/backend and comitted a lot of
changes yesterday. Perhaps there was a problem at some point whch has now
gone?
You could try updating gui and back from svn and rebuilding those libraries.
