Follow-up Comment #13, bug #17717 (project gnustep):
By the way, I can confirm the problem with GWorkspace is the same,
therefore, the fix is the same by decrease w and h by 1.
And it only happens on art backend, not xlib backend.
So to reproduce, you need both art backend and WindowMaker so far.
