Follow-up Comment #1, bug #18654 (project gnustep):
creating a test app from scratch in current xcode and bringing that nib
across results in worse results (see attached) than my recollection of
bringing across nibs from cocoafibs (which would likely have been originally
created in an earlier version). will try working from those original nibs,
and will also get setup to test these things against trunk.
