Details:
--> The error :
PreferencePanes framework files can not be found during the build process :
the directory 'Version' does not exist in 'PreferencePanes.framework' (but it
exists under linux). Actually the library file is in the
'PreferencePanes.framework' directory.
--> A workaround :
Change the path to the library file in all GNUmakefile
--> Build System :
Windows XP Home / MinGW / Gcc 4.1.1
Make 1.13.0
