Follow-up Comment #1, bug #21723 (project gnustep):
Interestingly if, in Gorm, you save the thing as a nib, close the document,
and open the nib, the problem goes away.
To me that says that the issue is with decoding the window level stored in
that Gorm file:
Perhaps window level encoding/decoding in the gui has changed in some way
(when it really shouldn't have) so that an old Gorm file doesn't work
properly, or perhaps that particular Gorm file is just corrupt?
