Details:
on windows, I have troubles with menus and their focus
clicking on a window (file viewer of Workspace, image of PRICE, project of
ProjectCenter...) doesn't bring up the corresponding menu.
I also noticed that if true windows application are open, the windows are
always in the back, at desktop level. Thus if I have a windows window
application maximized, I can never see GNUstep menus.
I grouped the two Problems because they could be the same (that is, gnustep
windows layering below each other)
