This is the problem here:

/usr/lib64/libxslt.so.1: undefined reference to
`xmlXPathContextSetCache'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
Which is odd, since it appears the previous programs in base linked
correctly with xslt. Perhaps there is another version of libxml that
gui is finding. Maybe you could send the config.make file in the
gnustep-gui directory?
