Follow-up Comment #1, bug #37186 (project gnustep):
I just searched the internet on further information on the behaviour of
scrollWheel:, but there doesn't seem to be much. In GNUstep just as Cocoa the
default vertical line scroll (_vLineScroll) is set to 10. And we use this
value not only for scrollLineDown: and scrollLineUp: but also in scrollWheel:.
Maybe this is wrong?
