Follow-up Comment #4, bug #37186 (project gnustep):
I tried to compare things on the Mac by checking what different Applications
do (XCode editor, TextEdit and GNUMail)
A single mouse tick is slow as on GNUstep, actually, perhaps even a bit less
in pixel terms. 4-5 pixels perhaps. However scrolling then gets fast. I
suppose there is some sort of acceleration that after a couple of ticks
