It's not looking in 'ICECAT_DIR/src/.deps', it's looking in
'ICECAT_DIR/js/src/ctypes/libffi/src/.deps'. If the problem persists,
try running 'chmod a+x .dirstamp'. The make script is attempting to
run it, but it can't, most likely because the executable bit isn't set.
