It seems like most of the changes required to "blend in" with fingerprint are easy to do. You mentioned that the EFF has as list of all the browser fingerprint parameters. We can go through each of them and figure out what needs to be tweaking inside IceCat/Firefox. The Tor browser draft document probably has information on this as well. It has been a long term plan to get this sort of functionality in IceCat, so I'll get back to you after the weekend with a list of what can be done. And also, this feature has been a request and a long term goal of IceCat, so no need for funding on this. IceCat is an all-volunteer project, but thanks for offering anyway!
