From what I can tell they just disable the test suit and the crash reporter. Other than that it is the standard Mozilla Fennec. But it is surprising that you mention this, since I managed to build IceCat for Android yesterday. That, and more surprises, coming soon. -- http://gnuzilla.gnu.org
