No, they are fetched with http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/gnuzilla.git/tree/makeicecat#n80 and built with the upstream makefiles http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/gnuzilla.git/tree/data/buildscripts/build-gnulinux.sh#n15 I don't have that gnuzilla-convert-langpacks script. -- http://gnuzilla.gnu.org
