Details:
Consider the following (from fceux(6)):
.TS
center box;
cb | cb, c | ci.
NES Gamepad Keyboard
=
Up Keypad Up
.TE
nroff(1) displays it as:
┌────────────┬──────────────┐
│NES Gamepad │ Keyboard │
├────────────┼──────────────┤
│ Up │ Keypad Up │
└────────────┴──────────────┘
Or in -Tascii:
+------------+--------------+
|NES Gamepad | Keyboard |
+------------+--------------+
| Up | Keypad Up |
+------------+--------------+
It would make more sense to render the middle horizontal line with a double
border ('=' in ASCII, '═' in Unicode). Both groff and mandoc render this
with a double border in the middle.
