Follow-up Comment #3, bug #57510 (project groff):
Should users specifying -c or -h get a warning that these are deprecated? It
might be useful to encourage users to migrate away from them, so that someday
these letters can be added to the pool of available options (for whatever new
functionality nroff will require in 2034). Or it might not matter at all.
