Follow-up Comment #18:
The original problem, which Ingo gave a severity of 5, was fixed in the commit
mentioned in comment #12. The issue that prompted the bug's reopening Ingo
described as "a minor concern" in comment #13. So a severity of 5 no longer
seems appropriate for the remaining changes needed. Lowering to 3.
