Subject: withdraw src/include/assert.h
This file caused a compilation error when I updated "gnulib".

https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-gnulib/2022-09/msg00100.html
(14th September) and later.
To avoid such occurrences the header files in "groff" should be updated
with the corresponding "gnulib" header files or removed to use the system
ones if applicable.
