Any chance it can do _harm_ in "Foundry.in"?

I ask because I'd prefer to keep the lists in sync.  If we don't keep
'em in sync, I'd like for there to be a comment in one or both files
explaining the conditions under which a directory can be safely excluded
from one list or the other.

If I understand you correctly, no directory name that appears in "gs
-h" output need be in "Foundry.in"...but we don't have any influence
over what a system's "gs -h" will say.
