Follow-up Comment #32, bug #66653 (group groff): I know this is marked as "fixed" and I appreciate the sterling work Branden has put into asciify, but the test script in comment #21 is still causing issues. This time the composite glyph is causing the string to be truncated (if using \|) or skipped with a warning to use asciify if using \X. I attach a screen shot which shows the first bookmark entry has been truncated.
In other news...
Branden suggested I split off the fruits of my work on adding pdf features to
the ms macro set and documenting how to use pdf features in groff. The result
is bug #67665.
