groff(7): Drop obviated material.
Fixes <https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?65976>.
There is still use of "anything" to describe "grout", but the scope of
the ticket was request and escape sequence descriptions--the input
language, not the output language.
I'll take care of those lingering "anythings" when I deploy the arsenal
of editorial red pens that the material demands.
