I think the files "tmac/psfig.tmac" and "src/devices/grops/psfig.diff" can
probably be simply nuked without a deprecation period.  I suspect doing so
barely even warrants a "NEWS" entry.
Almost everything you can find on the Web about "psfig" refers to the
unrelated CTAN package.
