Fair point.  So it may not be worth the trouble to work around the two grotty
errors.  (On the other hand, if it's not difficult to address them, some users
might find terminal rendering useful as a quick-n-dirty reference, akin to a
man page.)

Anyway, I'm mostly interested in whether Bjarni can demonstrate subpar grotty
output, whether using Groff-PDF-Features.ms or a minimal reproducer derived
from it.  Branden may be perfectly happy for every grotty output line to be
filled out with trailing spaces, but I'm not convinced that's a majority
opinion.  However, that discussion is moot unless someone can supply input
that actually causes it.  I so seldom see grotty outputting trailing spaces
(though admittedly it's not something one would necessarily "see" unless one
was looking for it) that I wonder whether this is a defect in stock grotty, or
in Bjarni's fork of it.
