I've added two new commands into the developmental version. The idea of the command "reboot" is stolen from Christoph, but the code is written by me, since his code was wrong. The other command "halt" is added, according as a request from my friend. He wanted to turn off the power of his system without walking to the front, so I've added support for APM. Okuji
