The lines that say
+/* include/asm-i386/types.h */
really do mean that.
stage2/romfs.h is copied from include/linux/romfs_fs.h and edited to
work.
Feel free to find another way to get the definitions, or clean room
the data structures if you must. It's been almost six years, I can
barely remember and care even less..
