To get a idea of how much is still left to argpify, I made a short
list: uucpd, tftpd, telnetd, telnet, talk, syslogd, rshd, rsh,
rlogind, rlogin, rexecd, rcp, logger, inetd, ifconfig, gwhois, ftpd,
ftp.

I find that gwhois/whois.c has:
"Copyright 1999 by Marco d'Itri <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>."
while gwhois/Makefile.am has:
"Copyright (C) 2005 Free Software Foundation, Inc."

I also find that inetd/inetd.c attaches a "copyrighted by FSF" notice
above the "copyrighted by University of California" notice. Is the
same template to be followed while modifiying any "The Regents of the
University of California" copyrighted file?

If you do not think these are issues at all, then I will just go ahead
and mutiliate the files with argp.h and leave the legal issues with
you. :-)

Happy hacking,
Debarshi
