Hi, I'm looking into packaging LibreJS for Debian [1], but one thing that's a bit troublesome are all of the JS modules included in the tarball. They've probably all got very different licenses, and just out of principle code from external sources is seldom permitted.
This also goes for the modules in hash_script, which are in the Git snapshots also. If you like having the build dependencies handy, could you distribute them in a separate archive? Or maybe to not keep the old cruft around you could keep them in a git repository; that might make them easier to keep up- to-date. Sincerely, John Scott [1] https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=659348#38
