I cannot see any difference between 

\begin[noquote]{lilypond}

and

\begin{lilypond}

All but the first staves produce an Overfull \hbox (you can take a look at 
http://www.math.unipd.it/~mcaliari/exe.ps)

I do not want to modify the indentation of all the document.

Yes, this works (but even without noquote): no Overfull \hbox.
